Custom 2D & 3D Machining

The heart of our business is custom machining. Our Industry Solutions show the diversity of products that we manufacture but our capabilities are virtually unlimited.  We have decades of experience machining custom wood parts and custom plastic parts, as well as some metals.  

All of our CNC machines are equipped with automatic tool changers and allow us to machine at tolerances of up to .005". Our smallest is equipped with an 8-position tool changer and 11 vertical x4 horizontal boring bits. Each tool position can be fitted with a traditional router bit, an end mill, a shaper cutter or an3D machined stool seat aggregate head. The two largest machines are dual head machines with 16 tools available. Both can machine single parts larger than 60" x 120" or two parts simultaneously up to 60" x 60".  Our high-efficiency machines allow us to produce top quality parts with minimal lead times.
