Custom Machining

The heart of our business is custom machining. Our "Industries" page show a diversity of products that we manufacture but our capabilities are virtually unlimited. All of our CNC machines are equipped with automatic tool changers. Our smallest is equipped with an 8-position tool changer and 11 vertical x 4 horizontal boring bits. Each tool position can be fitted with a traditional router bit, an end mill, a shaper cutter or an aggregate head. The two largest machines are dual head machines with 16 tools available. Both can machine single parts larger than 60" x 120" or two parts simultaneously up to 60" x 60".

We typically receive CAD drawings electronically but can write programs from faxed drawings or samples.
