Our Machinery

All of our CNC machines are equipped with automatic tool changers and allow us to machine at tolerances of up to .005". Our smallest, an Anderson Stratos, is equipped with an 8-position tool changer and 11 vertical x 4 horizontal boring bits. Each tool position can be fitted with a traditional router bit, an end mill, a shaper cutter or an aggregate head. The two largest machines, an Anderson Exx 51 & Anderson Exx Duo, are dual head machines with 16 tools available. The Exx Duo is equipped with dual tables, for maximum efficiency in large production runs.  Both CNC routers can machine single parts larger than 60" x 120" or two parts simultaneously up to 60" x 60".  Our high-efficiency machines allow us to produce top quality parts with minimal lead times.
