Our state of the art, multi-head, CNC machine centers can run single parts up to 4" x 63" x 128" or can run smaller parts up to 4 pcs at a time. All of our machines are equipped with automatic tool changers so complex machining such as profiled edges and 3-D engraved graphics is never a problem. Technically speaking, our marine supply business started in the 1930's when we began making mop handles for the United States Navy. Shortly thereafter, our product line was expanded to include 200mm gun barrel plugs for battleships and cruisers. Today, however, our marine product line is directed at the fishing and recreational boating industries. 
In addition to our acrylic, polycarbonate, delrin and fiberglass products, we machine over 40,000 lbs. of marine grade polyethylene per month. Our product lines include hatches, cable pulleys, dash panels, cup holders, swim platforms, windshields, windows, acrylic racks, baitwell covers, fighting chair components, ladder treads, counter tops, cutting boards, sink covers, rod holders, bilge floor grates, utility racks, floor panels and more.
