2009 marks our 92nd year in business. Over the years we have evolved from a lumber brokerage firm to a full service CNC machine shop. Following is a brief summary of our history:
| 1917 | League opened it's doors as a wholesale lumber brokerage. |
| 1920's | Started making wooden crates and shipping pallets. |
| 1930's | Opened manufacturing facility, began manufacturing textile machinery replacement parts. |
| 1940's | During the war we contracted with the US Navy, supplying car loads of mop handles. Immediately after the war, we returned to fabricating textile machine parts. |
| 1950's | Concentrated on high volume textile machine parts. |
| 1960's | Began machining wood products for industries outside of textiles. |
| 1970's | Focused on machining of plastics and began to replace wooden machine parts with plastics in many textile applications. |
| 1980's | Purchased CNC machinery and began to focus on precision close tolerance machining services for a variety of industries, including textile, conveyor, bottling/canning, and food service. |
| 1990's | Expanded CNC department and targeted large run volumes of engineered plastic machine parts. |
