The plastics that we machine today include hundreds of varieties of materials. Following is a list of "standard" materials that we stock and fabricate:
Our state-of-the-art CNC equipment allows us to fabricate extremely complex work while holding tolerances of a few thousandths of an inch. We can machine single parts up to 63" x 128" and have the capacity to produce truckload volumes in a matter of days. League Manufacturing began machining plastic products for the textile industry in the late 1950's. We established ourselves as a pioneer in plastic fabrication by experimenting with new plastic products and testing them in real customer applications. Over the years we have enabled customers to replace existing metal or wood parts with plastics for cost savings and extended product life. Very few companies exist (worldwide) that have more years of experience machining plastics.
