Automated panel processing is at the heart of our operation. Our shop floor is designed to receive truckloads or sea containers of wood or plastic sheet goods. Upon receiving materials, packs are loaded directly into our automated panel saws and cut to size. Blanks are then transferred to our five CNC routers for drilling, cutting to size and shape, milling or 3-D surfacing. Automated machining ensures consistent, high quality results and very short lead times.
Products that typically run thru our panel processing department include plywood slave pallets, melamine store fixture display components, industrial shelving, plywood or OSB packaging components, anchor bolt plates, seating, flooring for transport vehicles, speaker boxes and many other cut-to-size items. Because we are a large job shop, we work to our customer’s drawings, specifications and tolerances using a wide variety of grades and thicknesses of plywood, particle board, OSB, melamine, mdf and plastics.
